  1. My relationship with my mind is not ruled by others thoughts and others words nor is it ruled by the newscasts I listen to. I will not give in to the thoughts in my mind.  I am capable of ruling with my soul.
  2. During this time of stress remember not to listen to newscasts not to listen to face book posts because we’re not sure what is true and what is false.
  3. Listen to your guides you are being challenged a strong, to stay quiet and stay centered. When chaos happens, it is up to us to go inside and trust in the internal soul to guide us as to what the physical body, the emotional body, and the spiritual body can handle.  Trust Life to bring you what you need in this time of trials and tribulations.
  4. When you’re challenged from little on up. Whether it was being bullied, being handed a job you weren’t sure you could do you rose to the occasion.  It is now the time to say I am up to the challenge of the darkness comes the light.  I walk in the light I am the light.
  5. It is time we join together in love no matter what color, sexual preference, religious belief or country we are from we have a common enemy it is a virus and is also hatred. So, I ask you will use with courage, wisdom and love to send hope and good thoughts to those who are suffering and those who are serving as caregivers in this time of need.  A country divided can not stand. We are to be the United States of America. Blessings to us all.
