Everybody I know unless they’ve had a bad experience from it has burned candles at one time in their life. Many people believe you can do different spells with different candles. I can tell you as my great aunt Julie taught me they do have power to bring money, to give you good luck, power to give yourself confidence, and power even for good health for people you care about. I cannot guarantee all those things will happen because we’re in charge of our own destiny by our actions. But follow along as I described how we have used candles throughout history.
Great Aunt Julie said there is a candle for each day of the week Monday the candle should be white. Tuesday the candle should be red. Wednesday the candle color should be purple. Thursday the candle color is blue. Friday it is green. Saturday the candle color should be black but not to be used if you do not want karma to come back on you. Remember that using a black candle is to put a spell on someone else. It can be to send thanks to others that are not white light wishes. That is dark sided and evil which means karma can return to you or a loved one of yours. So, I choose not to use black for Saturday. Sunday the candle color should be yellow or gold.
She believed that you can’t mix the colors of the candles you have to stay with the days they’re assigned to. Yet when my friend’s husband had emergency heart surgery on a Monday I let the blue candle on it added oils. Then next to it I added stones for healing. His surgery was a total success they found the blood clot I said was there.
Monday’s candle is white. The white candle is for protection. It stops the darkness that someone is sending to you. I also have used the white candle and told it that it was the white light that was needed to heal clients that had emotional, mental, and physical health problems. Another thing the candle does is to bring you courage when your boss is ignoring you and you deserve a raise. It can also help you when not sure of how to advertise yourself for that new job. It gives courage. The white in the candle as it is burning when we absorb the color white we’ll go to the part of the body that needs it. When I teach about body colors and chakras Those who are gifted like me can send those colors to the parts of the body that need them Others can use the white candle or white light and the body will absorb the color it needs from the white because white contains all the colors of the rainbow
The Tuesdays red candle has always been associated with lighting it for love use it and the right person will come. I believe it has a better reason to use it the red candle that Rosie Cosentino told me to use that she gave to me stopped me from hemorrhaging during a surgery. So, there are times I’ve written what I needed the red candle to do when people were having surgeries or giving birth. For I think Rosie and Aunt Julie’s right they bring good health when it comes to the circulation system. I’ve always been warned not to give someone a red colored Stone that has cancer so there are times when friends are having cancer surgery I use a white instead for the white light Contains all the colors the part of the body we’ll need during surgery.
Wednesday is a purple candle I believe since the God chakra is purple it promotes others to openly accept what you were saying and listen with their heart not bank account. Great Aunt Julie always said I got people to do what she wanted by burning the purple candle. I did not believe that our karma is good when we make a spell that controls someone. Purple candles lit to ease the darkness around you and remove troubles. It also can be used for psychic protection. It can also be used for people that have problems with depression.
Thursday’s candle is blue and that blue candle brings understanding to you between you and someone you care about. It also brings good health. That is why I use Labradorite Stone so when it turns blue I know that I’m sending health and communicating with the angels watching over someone who is ill. I also have used that when a young girl I care about for her heart surgery so I knew the surgeon would hear me and be aware of what I saw needing to be done. Blue candles with the lungs the lung chakra energy is blue.
Now when we go to Friday the candle is green the color of the Shamrock and naturally since Shamrocks stand for good luck and for prosperity. After all, most pay checks are giving on a Friday of the week. I also know the green is The Color of Money and when I lit one while having only $280 coming in each month for income. It communicated with God and I had my house payment paid and all the utilities and two phone bills. I had a trust fund that the candle would bring new clients, new students and people wanting to talk to relatives in the Beyond. In communicating with what I wished using the green candle with cinnamon oil all of my bills were paid with no problem. But I must say I believe it has to be the will of the universe that we be granted what we light the candle for,
The candle for Saturday is black I’ve never believed in sending spells to hurt others. I believe we’re not made to control others and using a black candle to do so will bring Karma to you or someone you love. So, on Saturday I, myself have lit whatever candle fits the needs of those around me or myself. If you choose black remember, karma we’ll get back at you. Candles do contain magic but I choose white over black magic.
Then we have Sunday’s candle some people use gold other people use yellow. As your solar plexus chakra and the front and back stand for you and your courage. It is important that you understand burning the gold is the powerful healing The golden light which can heal one emotionally, physically, and spiritually. When I’ve counseled people who have needed courage whether they be young children who are being bullied or an adult who is being bullied or mentally or physically abused I burn the yellow candle. I know that I’ve counseled our children that I’ve talked about that need to bring them more self-esteem. When lighting the candle with the intention of giving someone courage I put their name with the candle and write out my intention. To keep the paper away from the candle.
Aunt Julia believed that oils went with certain candles and so do I. If someone comes for a session with me or gets one via the Internet in a chat or even on the phone. I will be glad to say and whatever instance they need candles what candles you use and if I’m being told to tell them to use an oil on the candle I will gladly give them instruction on how to use the oils with the candles.
If I’m also told that they need stones to help the candle by sending certain energies I will be glad to sell them the stones they need.
There Is Power in candles when I first learned to do Clairvoyant readings as a little girl of two my great Aunt Julie had me look into the wick of the candle and asked to be shown what was happening for and then I say a name. The one Vision I had was of a tornado hit a farm by my grandmother’s house picking up the barn and demolishing it. I told her of the vision and to stop it as I saw it she said to visualize the barn be lifted and moved. 2 weeks later a tornado hit the farm the barn was picked up and sat right back down yards away still intact just missing shingles.

But please remember never leave a candle unattended It is not the intention to have them burn for over an hour at the most. Unless you will be attending to them and the meaning behind what you need needs more attention, Such as when earthquakes, tornadoes or other natural disasters happen I have lit more than one candle asking for healing for people protection for people and a good outcome.
