When I was only one and a half my Grandma Mary and Great Aunt Julia Linkey told me that I would need to use the white light technique in my life for protection.

She said it was good for traveling.  So that you do not have someone rob you, or accidents happen.  Then there is the need of using it to protect you from psychic attack.  You have to stop dark sided people or dark things from happening to you.

Using your imagination has a golden star of God above you shining down from your head generating down through ever cell of your body. 

Then out to your finger tips to your toes.

Visualize it radiating out around your body with glow and a star sending out its rays to the Earth and all the other planets.

Let the light run through your head down the jaw line down the neck to the chest then the solar plexus region of the body into the spleen front and back then to the belly button area which is the main chakra of the body, which is why the baby has the cord to the mother for protection and food before born.

Then after birth it then controls the other chakras of the body.

Then visualize the energy going to the root area of the body then down the legs and out the feet as well as feeling the energy generate out the cells of the body forming an egg shape shell for protection from dark sided people thoughts words or deeds others can send you or do to you or any of your loved ones.

We can visualize these same protections for our loved ones.

If a person is under psychic attack I recommend placing purple amethysts around the shell so they do not absorb things sent to them.

If they are being sent sickness I use rose quartz around them also and in both cases I use snowflake obsidian as the other shell in Egypt the soldiers used it as protections from fear and from being made to feel they lacked courage to go against larger armies.

Remember sending God’s White Light of Protection or the Golden Light with the right intention will do wonders, but we can heal those who do not want to be healed or do not want to be protected, who welcome the darkness and bath in it as if it were the only way to live.

Remember when you live in darkness nothing good happens to you and no one around you gains from being in your presents.

When you are in the light of God or the Holy Spirit surely Goodness will be part of your life and your glow will be bright from within.  Sending goodness and love to all you meet.
